HISTORICAL OVERVIEW & QUALIFICATIONS
Founded in 1992 and headquartered in Newark, NJ, MZM Companies is a privately owned corporation with three subsidiaries that specialize in construction, construction management, interior design, renovation and other construction related projects.
MZM also manages and operates a trucking company called MZM Waste Management. This division specializes in removal of bio-solid waste for municipalities and corporations in the NY and NJ tri-state area.
Another MZM subsidiary is Marjorie Perry & Associates. This division provides training and development services to help organizations with strategic planning and business development. It also assist real estate developers achieve their supplier diversity and compliance objectives as mandated by federal law. Marjorie Perry & Associates provided training and support services for minority companies seeking to do business with the highly touted Xanadu Project by the NJ Sports and Exposition Authority.
The MZM team has over thirty years of experience in the government, private, consumer and transportation industries. MZM continues to assist developers, state and municipal agencies, private consulting groups, construction contractors, homeowners and others in implementing their projects.
