With Marjorie Perry’s lead, MZM & Associates has worked with large scale developers to provide programs and training through our “School of Construction.” Perry built MZM Construction & Management, Inc. by understanding procurement contracts that utilize supplier diversity strategies. Her consulting services include developing procurement systems for the development projects and work as an instructor in the School of Construction.
