MZM Construction & Management (MZMC&M)
MZMC&M customizes its services depending on the client and their needs. As a total service provider MZMC&M is comprised of two divisions, MZM Construction which carries out the construction phase of the company, and MZM Construction Management which provides the technical and professional services dedicated to supporting the Project Owner in the construction process.
 MZMC&M has the ability to expand its services as a client needs grow or expand geographically. We are prepared to match our client’s growth needs and will initiate client expansion effort by helping them become more efficient in their construction operations.
Our services include:
- Providing technical, professional, and managerial resources to become more efficient and productive;
- Developing, managing and maintaining configuration management requirements for projects during the design and construction phase, and establishing document control procedures;
- Providing customized records management protocols that offer a broad range of management, technical, and administrative support services;
- Offering services for competitive project pricing;
- Providing comprehensive services on and/or off-site;
- Providing training, and support staff with the real knowledge to handle and utilize new technology, and high density control systems;

MZM Waste Management & Transportation
For over 10 years, MZM has provided solid waste disposal services for New York Department of Environmental Protection agency. Waste management is a field that requires specific qualifications and certifications by both NY and NJ.
MZM owns a fleet of waste disposal trucks and is 901 certified in both The State of New York and The State of NJ to prvide bio-solid waste disposal.
